This method of payment is very secure. Your Bank transfers
funds from your account to the KeeSang Corp. Online Store account
on your request. This does not involve transfer of your
bank information over the internet. Follow the checkout
procedure at the end of which you will be asked to print
out a form which will contain the information required
by your Bank. Contact your bank for further details
and instructions. |
2. Certified Check
A cashier's check is issued by a reputable
bank against itself and is signed by the cashier or
some other bank officer. It has unquestioned acceptability
as exchange. A certified check is a depositor's check
that has been guaranteed by the bank upon which it is
drawn and is so stamped.
NOTE: We are unable to accept personal checks
for payment, but we will gladly accept money orders
payable in U.S. Funds (these can be obtained from any
post office, your bank and some convenience stores).
Unfortunately, payments by personal check will be returned.

In short, a documentary credit is a conditional
bank undertaking of payment. In other words, it is a
written undertaking by a bank ( issuing bank ) given
to the seller ( beneficiary ) at the request, and on
the instructions, of the buyer ( applicant ) to pay
at sight or at a determinable future date up to a stated
sum of money, within a prescribed time limit and against
stipulated documents. These stipulated documents are
likely to include those required of commercial, regulatory,
insurance, or transport purposes, such as commercial
invoice, certificate of origin, insurance policy or
certificate, and a transport document of a type appropriate
to the modes of transport used. |

Normally,
you
shall
instruct
your
bank
to issue
a letter
of credit
authorizing
payment
to be
made
to the
KeeSang
Corp.
when
the
latter's
part
of the
contract
has
been
fulfilled
(usually
when
we have
dispatched
the
correct
quantity
of conforming
goods).
Your
bank,
the
buyer's
(or
issuing)
bank
ascertains
whether
or not
this
has
been
done
by obtaining
the
cooperation
of a
bank
in the
seller's
country.
This
bank
(the
"corresponding"
bank),
having
inspected
all
the
relevant
documents
of title
and
bills
of lading
to ensure
that
the
seller
has
performed,
makes
payment
to the
seller,
often
by means
of a
bill
of exchange
or other

device.

of title,
