1. Discrepancy in Product Received

  • Was the product you received a mis-ship, or was the product shipped not exactly what you had expected based on the product description?

  • If you have chosen "Yes" above, we will review your request. If approved, KeeSang Corp. or the shipping vendor will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All returns must be in "as-new" condition, complete with: manuals, registration cards, accessories and must be in the original packaging. KeeSang Corp. or the charging vendor will refund your credit card charges once the product has been received, inspected and tested. At the present time Kee Sang cannot accommodate product exchanges instead of credit.
