KeeSang Corp. stands firmly behind every products we sell. Most products are covered under a warranty, which is detailed in the product's description. Please see the warranty information within the product description for more details.

 

 Defective Products and Missing Parts

 

1. Defective Products
Contact the warranty service provider for defective products. To look up the warranty, go to the Warranty Policy area in Customer Service. In this event, submit a Defective Product Service Request.

2. Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider for defective products and missing parts. To look up the warranty, go to the Warranty Policy area in Customer Service. In this event, submit a Missing Part Service Request.

 

 Overdue Delivery

 

If your shipment is overdue, submit an Overdue Delivery Service Request.

 

 All Other Claims

 

Submit a Customer Service Request directly KeeSang Corp. within 30 days of receipt of your order for the following:

All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please include all peripherals with any returns. This includes all of parts, etc. Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis. All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. KeeSang Corp..does not accept returns on opened package. Defective item may be returned for a replacement order if available. Please see the product description page for warranty details.
